With all of the recent HD remakes releasing as well as in the works, it’s no surprise to hear sudden rumors that Ubisoft might be working on a few of their own. Recently, a user over on NeoGAF spotted a registered domain the company registered entitled “AssassinsCreedCollection.com”, which is owned and operated by Ubisoft.com, though not operational at the moment.
I wouldn’t be surprised in the slightest if this supposed “leak” of a few remastered titles became legit. Though I would assume they are quite a way’s off, possibly even a years out from now, it’s still nice to know Ubisoft is planning to remaster the older Assassins Creed titles, as I personally enjoy those ones a lot more than the recently released ones.
Only time will tell if these remasters will actually come to fruition, senses tell me that this would be a perfect announcement for Ubisoft to dish out during next years E3, but I suppose we’ll just have to wait and see.
