Pokken Tournament is real, and is literally a dream come true! The title was originally announced earlier this year, and ever since then, we’ve been informed frequently regarding all the new characters who have been added to the game.
However, recently, Nintendo has announced a nice goody package for Japan. A Pokken Tournament Wii U bundle was announced by Nintendo Japan yesterday, which features a 32GB system, and a Dark Mewtwo Amiibo card. The bundle will be released on March 18th, and will go for 36,800 yen.
Odds are this bundle will come West as well as other regions, as Nintendo seems to be making Wii U bundles for all of it’s new releases as of late, so I wouldn’t be surprised at all if the bundle does in fact come our way. Though we are still awaiting a Western release date for the title, I’d imagine we’ll be getting it sometime by Summer of 2016, but until then, it’s yet another waiting game.
