The highly anticipated title for PlayStation 4, and PC player, No Man’s Sky, has officially received some release details today. According to an announcement made by a developer from Hello Games, No Man’s Sky will be arriving on PS4 and PC on June 1st, 2016, retailing at a price of $60.
No Man’s Sky is a unique title, that offer endless amounts of exploration, ultimately adding up to over a lifetime of content to fully explore.
“We’ve been a little quiet since we showed the game last year at E3, and it’s because we’ve been heads down and hard at work on development,” said Hello Games’ Sean Murray. “It’s been a hectic but really exciting time for the team. Finishing a game is incredibly hard but lovely to watch as the pieces fall into place. In No Man’s Sky you can trade, fight, explore, and survive in a boundless, computer-generated universe.”
Originally the title was to only be released via digital, however, it seems the developers have decided to also release the game as a disc version as well. I’d highly advise buyers of the game to purchase the game via digital download, as a game like this may contain quite lengthy load times, and with the title installed onto the HDD may decrease load-times a bit.
