I’ve been waiting over 10 YEARS for the title! Yes, it’s actually been about 10 years since it’s announcement. Crazy right? Regardless of this, that wait is destined come to an end this year, as Square Enix has revealed earlier last year, that Final Fantasy XV will in fact be making it’s worldwide launch in 2016.
According to reliable sources from Gematsu, however, the release date for Final Fantasy XV will be September 30th, 2016.
Gematsu has emphasized in their report that this date has been checked with three other sources, and have all confirmed to have received this date as well. As stated above, the release for Final Fantasy XV is set to be worldwide, launching on the same date everywhere.
Square Enix is currently planning a Final Fantasy XV exclusive presentation, which is set to take place on March 30th, 2016, where the official release date is more than likely to be revealed. So if this date doesn’t sit well with you in particular, we may receive something entirely different on the 30th.
Final Fantasy XV is currently planned to release on PS4 and Xbox One, no word on a PC release has been announced as of yet.
