Alan Wake And Two More Classics Coming to Xbox One Backwards Compatibility

While we’re all still patiently waiting for Call of Duty: Black Ops to arrive on Xbox One backwards compatibility, Microsoft continues to reveal titles that are everything but Black Ops.

Regardless, they seem to have some solid titles added to the list with every announcement. 150+ games are currently available as backwards compatible, and three more titles have recently been added to the list: Alan Wake, Castlevania: Symphony of the Night, and the original PAC-MAN.

Alan Wake is without a doubt the most anticipated title from this list, as the game earned many rewards when the title first launched on the Xbox 360 back in 2010. The game’s spin-off expansion has also made its way to Xbox One Backwards Compatibility–a few weeks ago actually–so this is an extra treat!

The other two titles are also pretty big classics, though much older than Alan Wake. For those of you who are into the more retro style of games, Castlevania: Symphony of the Night and PAC-MAN will definitely quench your thirst for “old-school” design on Xbox One.

It’s great to see Microsoft working hard to continue to bring fan favorites onto the backwards compatibility list. I just hope we can get Black Ops 1 pretty soon; after all, they have been promising its arrival since late last year.
