If you are a big MOBA fan, Paragon is most likely on your radar. Developed by the same company that produced the Gears of War trilogy, Epic Games is now leaping into the world of MOBA’s with their ambitious title ‘Paragon’. The game has been in closed beta for quite sometime now, only available to those who purchase the early access bundle. Currently, there are three early access bundles available, a founder pack for $19.99, the challenger pack for $59.99, and the master founder’s pack for $99.99. All bundles are available for both PC and PS4.
An open beta period for the game will run from May 26th to May 30th, players looking to get into the open beta must register by May 25th. You can do so by visiting this here.
Paragon currently has 16 hero’s, all of which are free to use and will be in the full game. A new hero was recently added to the game, GRIM.exe, who is a imp-controller sentry bot that is able to control movement, and absorb attacks by using a Deflector shield.
Paragon is honestly a gorgeous game, and probably one of the most appealing 3D MOBA’s to date. While I am unsure how well the game will do compared to the likes of DOTA 2 or League of Legends, the game definitely looks promising, and I cannot wait to get my hands on it.
