Another EA title announced at E3. This is a game that was really interesting to me. Not so much the multi-player, which I will touch on that later. But the single player campaign really caught my attention. The first Titanfall game didn’t have a single player campaign. When they premiered the trailer for it, well, I will put the trailer below. I suggest to watch it.

The plot seems interesting, to have not only the pilot work the mech, but to also have the mech have its own AI definitely creates an intriguing plotline. It brings into question the relationship between man and machine, as well as what is going to be the main mission in the storyline. It’s also going to bring in interesting play of what attacks and weapons are in store for the single player. I have grown up with mech animes, and it kind of reminds me of that a little bit. So, I am excited to see what unfolds. I hope it will surpass expectations.

Now as for the multi-player, that looks like that will be a blast. From giant bot battles you can participate in, to awesome fps game play. It also looks like there will be some great upgrades on the arsenal as well as improvements on the original weapons. I like the mix of the futuristic technology as well as up close and personal combat. I think this will definitely be a crowd pleaser for the fps crowd. I will put the multi-player trailer below. I am sure you will be impressed like I was.

There will be a beta, which you will have to sign up for. The Titanfall site should have all the information on it, so if you want to play the multi-player early I would suggest to sign up asap. The release date for the game is October 28, 2016. I am definitely going to put this on my gaming short list for this year.
