As we continue to promote local video game related gatherings within the Twin Cities; one of the more interactive events that tend to take place from time to time are the “Co-Op Talks”, which are hosted by GlitchMN, a local developer company which “promotes the exploration of digital games as a culture, career, & creative practice.”
Co-Op Talk gives gamer’s an opportunity to discuss various topics pertaining to video games, and the culture as a whole, while meeting other like-minded individuals.
On Thursday, August 18th, GlitchMN will be hosting the next Co-Op Talk, the featured topic being “Designing Motivation: What Drives You To Play.” An interesting topic to say the least, as in this age of gaming, players hold all sorts of different kinds of motivation, that keep them playing and grinding away at their most beloved titles.
Want to share what exactly drives you to keep playing? Feel free to come on out to the next Co-Op gathering! The event kicks off at 6pm with introduction, and the discussion following shortly, at 6:10pm. You can find more details, as well as location and parking by visiting official event page, located here.
