Aside from the Final Fantasy Tactics franchise, there have been multiple tactical based titles which truly put the genre as a whole on notice. One of these franchises is the Disgaea franchise. Now with it’s 5th title having been recently released, the franchise is gaining more notice than ever, and it seems the developers are still hard at work on porting some of the releases over to PC as well.
With the first Disgaea title recently releasing on PC via Steam during February this year, many fans were left wondering if we’d see any other Disgaea titles make their way to PC as well. Luckily, NIS America has announced that on January 30th, 2017, Disgaea 2 will be arriving on PC via Steam as well.
In addition to the PC release, the game will be bundled with content from both the original PS2 title (Disgaea 2: Cursed Memories), and the PSP release of the title (Disgaea 2: Dark Hero Days).
It’s nice to see many classic titles making their way to PC. Hopefully this means Square will decide to release the Final Fantasy Tactic titles on PC at some point as well.
