PlayStation Now has been one of those more under-looked services that Sony currently as available for the PlayStation platform, mainly due to the unease many gamer’s have with streaming video games. It’s a hit or miss type of deal, and definitely something you won’t want to do if your internet isn’t up to speed, or isn’t stable at the very least.

Despite this, Sony is now looking towards the final frontier for PlayStation Now, to ultimately have the service available on pretty much every major platform. The company has announced that PlayStation Now will be arriving on the PC, however, a specific release date was not given.

Alongside this announcement, the company also revealed that a Dualshock 4 PC adapter is also on the way! “This adaptor will let you connect a DualShock 4 to PC and Mac wirelessly, and will enable every feature of the controller you know and love: buttons, analog sticks, touch pad, light bar, motion sensors, vibration, and stereo headset jack – as long as the gaming application supports these features.” This is great news for many PC gamer’s, including myself, who would love to use the PlayStation 4 controller for other games that are controller friendly.  The Dualshock 4 USB Wireless Adapter will run you $24.99 and will be releasing sometime this September.

Despite PlayStation Now not being a huge success since it’s announcement, the company plans on releasing PS4, PS2, and PSP games on the service in the future.  Stay tuned here for further updates regarding PS Now on PC as further updates are revealed.
