Pikmin are adorable little creatures, well some of them. And it seems like Nintendo just can’t get enough of them. Awhile back we heard various confirmation regarding future Pikmin titles, but I don’t think anyone thought another title would be announced so soon.
During Nintendo’s recently 3DS focused Direct presentation, the company concluded the show by revealing a brand new Pikmin title, which will be coming to the Nintendo 3DS. Unlike the other Pikmin titles, Pikmin 3DS will be a platformer, where you play as Captain Olimar once again, as various Pikmin help you along your every step.
While not much more was revealed regarding the game, it was stated that the game was being developed to be a more fast-paced action game, making you think quickly in certain situations.
Pikmin 3DS is currently scheduled to launch sometime in 2017.
