Minnesota has always been one of those under-looked States when it comes to gaming events and cultures; but we are definitely able to hold our own! As the years have passed, Minneapolis Minnesota, has been home to many loved nerd-culture/gaming cons and events. With Wizard World Gaming recently taking place here earlier this Summer, as well as the return of 2D Con and MetaCon; Minnesota is definitely proving itself to be no slouch when it comes to hosting gaming events! Normally once the Holiday season comes around, events tend to die off for a bit, but not here.
Gamer’s Rhapsody 3 is the next large-scale gaming event set to take place within Minnesota, and with it being the company’s 3rd run-back, you can already be well-assured that this event will be one you will NOT want to miss out on!
Set to take place from November 18th-20th, Gamer’s Rhapsody 3 is a Minnesota based video game convention which celebrates the music, art, development, and more within the culture of video games. This years convention is set to feature quite a few events, including the return of live performances featuring some of the most infamous video game music, a game jam; where indie developers will marathon to finish a game from scratch, within a period of 24 hours. As well as panels, workshops, tournaments – and a whole lot more!
Gamer’s Rhapsody 3 is hosted by Knexus LLC, who are also the face behind the recent The Bit Run 2016, which also took place early this Summer. Knexus LLC has been known greatly for holding favorable events which cater to game designers, competitive gamer’s, and speed-runners; so you can definitely expect Gamer’s Rhapsody to have something for everyone!
