A few weeks back, we touched on an upcoming Video Game Culture Convention which is set to take place in the Twin Cities, this November. Gamer’s Rhapsody Convention is set to take place within just a few weeks now, and the team behind the convention has recently revealed a pretty exciting returning addition for this years convention; aimed at all of you musicians and performers out there!
Jam Cafe is that returning addition to the Convention, and is definitely catered towards the musicians and performers within the video game community. The Jam Cafe is a separate section within the convention, where you will be able to bring your favorite instruments, and play music along with other musicians at the convention. Rhythm games will also be present at the Cafe, so if you’re one of those gamer’s who love to jam out with Guitar Hero, Rhythm Heaven, Just Dance, or anything similar; this will definitely be right up your alley!
As a new addition to the Jam Cafe this year, the event will be open 24 hours; so if you’re one of those who just can’t get enough music, or need a place to just relax for a bit – the Cafe will be perfect for your needs. Red Bull energy drinks will also be provided within Cafe for a needs to keep you going throughout the entire convention, if that tickles your fancy.
