Good news for all of you Pokemon lovers out there! Bandai Namco has recently announced that one of their latest arcade titles “Pokken Tournament” will be hitting Japanese arcades this Summer.
The game of course, if being directed by Namco’s, Katushiro Harada. The same man behind several other fighting games that are currently in development, such as Tekken 7, and Tekken x Street Fighter.
While he has not yet discussed whether or not this title will be heading to Wii U or not, it’s a safe bet that if it does well in Japanese arcades, and the interest grows here within the states as time goes by, we’ll more than likely see a western releases. Besides, common guys, it’s Pokemon, it’s pretty much a guarantee sell! Harada has however, mentioned that not every Pokemon will be included in the game, so if there is a characters players do wish to see, they should let him know via Twitter.
