For those of you who are PC gamers out there, that aren’t quite enthused enough to jump on the Xbox One bandwagon to play some of the popular console titles that have been recently released, there is some good news for you, if you are a Gears of War fan that is.
Since last year, we knew Gears of War:Ultimate Edition would be arriving on Windows 10 sometime in the near future. Surprisingly, the title has just officially become available for PC!
The title also features cross-platform play between Xbox One and Windows 10, via Xbox Live. It also seems that Windows 10 users are not required to have a Xbox Live Gold subscription in order to play online, and access other multiplayer features. A Xbox Live Silver Membership IS required, however, though it is cost-free.
