It’s been quite awhile since we’ve seen Nintendo brace us with their presence on convention show-floors; but it seems with the launch of the Nintendo Switch just around the corner, the company is looking to take every marketing opportunity they can possible get, that includes making their grand return to industry conventions.
The first convention right around the corner, which Nintendo has been confirmed for is Games Developers Conference 2017. Nintendo hasn’t been present at a GDC is several years, so it’s quite nice to hear they’ll finally be making their return.
Nintendo has been confirmed to be at spaces BMR5226, BMR5230 and BMR5225 which are located in the North Hall complex, right next to the Mozilla and Warner Bros stations.
Nintendo will likely be showing off tons of Nintendo Switch demos as well as showcasing accessories which will be available for the system. It’s even possible we may get an announcement or two. Games Developer Conference 2017 will take place from February 27th – March 3rd.
