A few Nintendo Directs ago, Nintendo revealed that Yoshi’s Woolly World would be receiving a 3DS port of sorts, however, this time around, the game will be much more focused on Yoshi and Poochy working together as a team.
Since the initial announcement during the Nintendo Direct, we haven’t heard much else regarding the title. Luckily however, those of you who reside within the European region will likely be receiving the game first, as Nintendo has revealed that the game will be headed to Europe on February 3rd, 2017.
Poochy & Yoshi’s Woolly World isn’t all that much different than what we’ve come to know and love with the original Wii U version, however, in this 3DS version Amiibo’s will play an even bigger role as players will be able to utilize splatoon and Animal Crossing amiibo to access new design and patterns for both Poochy and Yoshi.
Yoshi’s Woolly World launched on the Wii U back in October of 2015. The game was extremely well-received, as it was the first standalone Yoshi adventure game since Yoshi Story 64,
