E3 2016 is closer than it’s ever been, and with less than a month remaining until all of the action kicks off, you can probably already imagine that most, if not all companies, have either begun or have already announced their plans for the show.

With both Nintendo and Microsoft having already unveiled their plans for the show, Sony is the last of the “big 3” to yet officially announce details regarding their Press Conference, however, recently details have leaked out with information regarding the place and time for the companies Press Conference. It has been confirmed by multiple people in the industry, including the infamous Geoff Keighley himself, that Sony will be holding their E3 2016 Press Conference at 6pm PT at the Shrine Auditorium.

These details have all been rolling out from individuals who have been invited to attend the Press Conference, so this information is more than likely as official as it gets.

For the most part, E3 2016 is shaping up to be your typical E3, aside from the extreme lack of Nintendo this year. With both the PS4 and Xbox One having been out for a few years now, it will be interesting to see if both Sony and Microsoft will be able to keep the hype train rolling for their respective platforms throughout the duration of 2016 into 2017.
