Despite Street Fighter V still being quite a rough game, 8 months after launch, Capcom is hard at work to improve the overall experience of the title in many various way’s, even if that includes getting at our wallets, if they can. Only a week ago, we saw the official arrival of the fighter, Urien, added to the roster in Street Fighter V. Urien officially debuted in Street Fighter 3: Second Impact, and plays a bit of a role in the Street Fighter V story-line.
Now Capcom is readying to dish out the next content update, and this time around, things are getting a bit spooky. The latest content update on the way for Street Fighter V is a Halloween themed update. The update is set to only be available for a limited amount of time (a tad bit over a month), and will feature seven new premium costumes; a few of these character costumes will be for Necalli, Vegga, and Alex.
All costumes are set to come with colors 1-10, and will run you $4 each. In addition to the costumes, a Halloween-themed version of the Underground-Arena stage, will also be available. Unlike the costumes, however, this stage can be purchased with both either real-world currency, or with fight money. The stage will run you either $2, or 40,000, depending on whichever form of currency you’d like to use.
The spooky, Halloween-themed content will be arriving on both PS4 and PC versions of Street Fighter V, on October 11th, and will be available until November 29th. All the costumes, as well as the stage will be available play around with at New York Comic-Con, so if you’ll be attending that, hit up booth #1420 to get your hands on the new content!
