Turok and Turok 2 got the remastering treatment from Night Dive Studios last year in the form of a PC release. Now it seems that both of the remastered titles are readying for an Xbox One release as well.
When Night Dive Studios developer Alex Gregory was asked by a fan on Twitter about when we might see Turok titles on consoles once again, Alex responded that they are “currently planning on bringing Turok and Turok 2” to the Xbox One. The fan also asked about the possibility of the games coming to PlayStation and Alex responded with: “We’re evaluating other platforms but can’t confirm at this time.”
While there currently isn’t a release window for the Xbox One ports of the remastered titles, odds are we will be receiving some official word, and an official announcement, fairly soon.
