World of Final Fantasy is honestly, one of the most appealing RPG’s to date. It’s chibi-style designs definitely make it a bit unique when compared to other Final Fantasy titles, but the game just looks so gorgeous to the point where – even you aren’t into that chibi-style, you’ll end up falling in love with the game anyway.
Sony and Square Enix have recently come out with a new announcement regarding the game, which is that a collector’s edition will be available to purchase for the title, exclusively for the PS4.
The PS4 Exclusive Collector’s Edition contains a pop-up book which contains scenes from the World of Final Fantasy game, an original soundtrack, an Artbook, mini figurines for Cloud, Lighting, and Squall. The Collector’s Edition also contains a few digital exclusive downloads which are the following.
- Sephiroth (Final Fantasy VII) — A special summon that will aid you in battle!
- Red Bonnetberry, White Chocobo, and Glow Moogle — These are special versions of mirages (monsters) you can recruit to join you on your quest and aid you in battle. If you’re a Final Fantasy fan, I’m sure you can recognize which mirages these are based on!
- Japanese voice-over DLC — This allows you to play the whole game with the Japanese voice overs.
World of Final Fantasy is set to be released on October 25th in North America, and October 28th in Europe. While the collector’s edition is exclusive to the PS4, fear not, the standard release will also be available to purchase on PS Vita…..you know, for those that still own one.
