Last we’ve heard about a release date surrounding Dark Souls 3, the developers narrowed it down to Spring of 2016. However, along with the brand new trailer that has just been released for the game, also came included with a official release date, which is currently set for April 12, 2016! It has been revealed that there will be a Day One Edition for the title, as well as several Special Editions of the game. If you’re one who thinks they’d be interested in these limited copies, you’d be smart to pre-order now, so you can snag yourself a copy…
Along with the numerous announcements that have come out of The Game Awards show that took place last night, another one of the most notable was definitely the announcement of Psychonauts 2. While I haven’t played the first game, or even know about the series in general, the game seems to be quite loved among gamers; obviously great enough to get a sequel. Double Fine will be the company who will be developed the game, however it will need to be crowdfunded. The developers are taking funds currently on a site called Fig. A recently interview held by Kotaku with…
The Game Awards boasted some pretty mediocre announcements tonight, with one of which being related to Rocket League, in all honestly probably being the most exciting announcement from the show. Rocket League has been a huge success ever since it’s launch earlier this year on PC and PlayStation 4. Xbox One owners have been left out for sometime now, however during the TGA’s, the developers have revealed that the game will be coming to the Xbox One in February next year! The Xbox One version will also sport some awesome Hogstickers from Halo 5, which you can use to deck…
If you are still thinking about jumping on the next-gen console bandwagon and didn’t pickup you system this past weekend, or at least attempt too, I’m not sure what to tell you besides you could of had a V8! In all seriousness, with the Black Friday and Cyber Monday Madness that has been ongoing throughout the past 5 days or so, your greatest opportunity of the year, to pickup a brand new system for cheap, has just slipped away. But don’t slam your head into the table just yet! It seems Sony at the very least, is looking to spare…
Square Enix has had some great surprises for us in store this year. From the multiple updates regarding Kingdom Hearts III, to the numerous details regarding Final Fantasy XV, even the recent announcement regarding Final Fantasy VII Remake; it would be an understatement to say that Square Enix has been on a pretty good roll this year, despite only releasing HD remakes. This December however, Square Enix will be showing off some recently announced titles, aside from FFXV and Kingdom Hearts 3, that will be on the way sometime in the near future. The lineup includes the following: Dragon Quest Builders…
We all love backwards compatibility. But for the past few generations of consoles, companies have begun to be a bit more stingy and stingy with every new platform they release when it comes to backwards compatibility. From the original PS2 featuring backwards compatibility, to the PS2 slim ridding the feature. The original PS3 featuring backwards compatibility to losing it all together with the slim models, all the way to the PS4, not featuring backwards compatibility at all. In a world where we just cannot get HD remakes fast enough for our beloved older gen titles, backwards compatibility is wanted, and…
The port for one of my favorite all time video games, Beyond: Two Souls, is scheduled to arrive on PlayStation 4 next week. We first heard details of this title coming to the PS4 during E3 earlier this year. In case you all are not familiar with Beyond: Two Souls, since I do personally feel the title is a bit under-looked, when compared to Heavy Rain. The game basically revolves around a girl named Jodie Holmes. She’s a bit spiritually aware, and is constant contact with her twin brother, who passed away at birth. The game focuses on her day-to-day…
As if you haven’t lost your life already, to all of the recent releases lately; Treyarch has decided that is would be an awesome idea to kick off Black Ops 3’s, first ever Double XP Weekend, this Thursday! That’s right, a Double XP weekend that begins on a weekday, crazy right? Well regardless, many CoD players are bound to jump on this, myself included as I’ve grown quite tired trying to grind XP with almost no spare time to play the game, per-day. The Double XP event will cover multiplayer, and zombie modes. Unfortunately, if you are playing on either…
