Some very disappointing news came out today as producer of The Legend of Zelda series, Eiji Aonuma released a development update regarding the long awaited Legend of Zelda for the Wii U. Aonuma stated that the game is no longer being developed with a 2015 release as the “number one priority”, basically going on to confirm that the games release has been pushed into 2016. If you were hoping to physically add the upcoming Devil May Cry 4: Special Edition to your collection of DMC titles, unfortunately you’re out of luck, if you’re in the west that is. It has recently been confirmed that the western release of the newly remastered title, will only be available in digital form. Japan, however, will be receiving a physical copy of the game, which will come bundles with a 64-page companion book, a soundtrack CD, extra covers, and more. It’s been 10 years since the vengeance seeking, god slaying, rebellious son Kratos has come into our lives; and in celebration of this, Sony Santa Monica Studio has announced that God of War 3 Remastered will be heading to the PlayStation 4. The remastered version will of course be bumped to a full 1080p, however the FPS has not yet been revealed. God of War 3 Remastered will be released for the PlayStation 4 on July 15th of this year.

Final Fantasy XI Online has been running on both Xbox 360, and PlayStation 2 for 13 years now! Unfortunately, the games lifespan on consoles is now coming to an end. Square Enix has announced that the PS2, and Xbox 360 versions of the MMO will be shutting down in March of 2016. During a Tokyo Press Conference that took place just yesterday, Nintendo confirmed that they will be partnering with the Japanese mobile/online company  DeNA.
