    Fallout 76 Announced

After hours of waiting and anticipation via a recent live-stream that Bethesda debuted which displayed the text “Please Stand By” alongside an iconic pip-boy figure – Bethesda has finally announced the next Fallout game that is on the way, “Fallout 76”.

With a teaser trailer recently debuting earlier today – many have begun to speculate the title to be a prequel of some sorts, as the reveal ultimately shut down the rumors of the title being a potential Fallout 3 Remaster, or a Remaster of New Vegas. Instead however, it seems sources are now claiming that Fallout 76 will be a online survival RPG title of sorts, that is heavily inspired by games such as Ark Survival and DayZ.

Despite the game apparently being very online focused, sources are also stating that the game will still feature quests and some sort of story, as well as base building that we’ve all come to know and love from Fallout 4, however the game will always be changing during the time that you are playing.

For casual Fallout players, the title “Fallout 76” may come off as a bit mysterious – however those who have payed attention to the lore will know that the “76” refers to a “Vault 76” that was mentioned during both Fallout 3 and Fallout 4. Vault 76 was originally set to open 20 years following the nuclear war, ultimately meaning we may be experiencing a much more chaotic Fallout game.

While not much else aside from anonymous sources information regarding the game, Bethesda has stated that they will be sharing much more about the game during their E3 2018 Press Conference which will be taking place on June 10th.
