Square Enix has really been rolling out the Final Fantasy content hard, as of lately. With both Final Fantasy XIII and XIII-2 recently receiving Steam releases, along with III, VII, and VIII all being released on Steam last year, FF fans are sure to be busy this year.

It’s been recently revealed that Final Fantasy IV: The After Years will be receiving a slight remake, specifically for Steam. The game was originally released back in 2008 on mobile phones in Japan. The game takes place two decades after the events of vanilla Final Fantasy IV, and features new Heroes such as the offspring of many of the main characters from the original game.

The steam version is expected to have slightly updated graphics, and to be a bit more optimized, visually, for PC play. The game is set to release May 12th on Stream!
