The official Borderlands panel at PAX South took place this past weekend, with many Borderlands fans gathering, Gearbox could not have had a better opportunity to discuss with their fans what they are preparing for next. Chief of Gearbox, Randy Pitchford, announced during the panel that the company was ready to start production on a new game within the Borderlands franchise, shortly following this, he took to twitter letting everyone know the company is currently looking for developers to join the team for the project. The company is currently seeking “artists, designers, coders, producers, and other developers”.
Now that we know this is happening, it’s pretty certain that the next Borderlands game, weather that be Borderlands 3, or the rumored ‘Borderworlds‘, is pretty far off.
