It has been reported that NCSoft, has recently registered a trademark for Guild Wars 2, entitled, Heart of Thorns. Which has lead to high speculation that the company will soon be announcing the MMO’s first expansion! Guild Wars 2 released in August of 2012, and still has not yet seen an official expansion, however the game has received multiple updates that have expanded upon the story.
An official logo with the title has also been leaked, providing even more evidence that the company is more than likely soon to reveal this title. ArenaNet is scheduled to attend PAX South this year, along with hosting a panel on the 24th entitled “Point of No Return”.
