Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Eventually Headed to the Switch Glake Riuno March 10, 2017 Featured, Gaming News, Nintendo Switch If you’re a Switch owner, it’s pretty blatantly obvious that the system itself doesn’t have a whole-lot going on at the moment. From the very minimal launch-lineup, to the almost barren eShop; there isn’t really all that much to do with the Nintendo Switch at the moment, despite it being a dream come true. As with most consoles on launch, a lot of features are held off till later down the line, and for those of you who may be worried about the Switch never getting new features and functions, well, worry not, for there are several services headed on the way for the console. In a recent report, President of Nintendo of America, Reggie Fils-Amie confirmed that several applications; such as Netflix, Amazon Video, and Hulu will all eventually be making their way onto the Nintendo Switch. Reggie also added that these sort of applications aren’t exactly their priority for the Nintendo Switch, rather it being their focus on providing ways you play with the system and what you can play. It is definitely assuring to hear that more applications are on the way for the Nintendo Switch. Video services are definitely something I feel would work wonderfully on the Switch, so I can’t wait for that to finally become an options for Switch owners.
