The Pokemon craze is set to be in full effect once again this Fall, with not only Pokemon Ultra Sun/Moon on the way, but also Pokken Tournament DX as well as a brand new set of Pokemon Sun/Moon TCG! Yes, it’s truly a great time to be a Pokemon fan and with that in mind, Nintendo has announced that they will be releasing two limited edition New Nintendo 2DS XL Pokemon-themed systems!
The first themed system in which sport a clean Pokeball-themed look featuring the iconic red/white Poke Ball design, with the second themed-system sporting a Pikachu design, almost identical to the first Pikachu-themed Nintendo 3DS XL. Unfortunately, the Pikachu-themed New Nintendo 2DS XL has only been confirmed for the Japanese market, but hopefully it manages to find it’s way over to Western shores as well.
Both systems are set to arrive in Japan on November 17th, with the Poke Ball themed-system available everywhere else on November 3rd.
