Rise of the Tomb Raider is without a doubt one my most anticipated titles of 2015. And I feel like it’s also one people have brushed to the side a bit, not out of lack of interest, but more than likely due to how many other BIG titles are making their way to next-gen this year, especially on Xbox One. Despite all of this, the hype train continues today as we were revealed a new teaser trailer for the title, as well as the official box art.

Rise of the Tomb Raider Box Art

Rise of the Tomb Raider continues directly after the events of Tomb Raider, which, in case any of you did not know, was technically a reboot game within the franchise, though many believed it to just be a prequel. Lara had quite a rough time in the last game, adjusting to her environments, and constantly being thrown into life-threatening situations. This time around, however, she should be a bit more prepared as she discovers this is what she was born to do. You could consider this title the big stepping stone, which will fully bring us into the Tomb Raider world that we’ve all known and loved throughout the past years.

Being a timed exclusive to both the Xbox One, and Xbox 360, Xbox fans will have their hands on this title first for a considerably decent amount of time.

Check out the teaser below to get a glimpse of one of the titles cinematic’s in action. At the end of the teaser, it also states that we’ll be catching the World Premier at E3 this year, so expect a lot more details once the show kicks off!
