Every now and then Sony decides to be the nice guys and offers a free Multiplayer period for those who are not currently subscribed to PlayStation Plus.
Generally the company tends to kick off these certain periods during a time frame where a big title was just launched for the system, this time around, it’s all in celebration for the launch of Street Fighter V.
The free Multiplayer period will begin this Friday at 12:01 am PST, and will conclude on Sunday February 21st, at 11:59pm PST. It’s quite ironic though, considering Street Fighter V’s servers have been pretty unstable since the game launched, and has seen several down-time periods in the past few days. Luckily, things seem to be smoothing out slowly, to by Friday odds are you’ll be able to fit in plenty of matches during the weekend.
