Recently, the president of Square Enix, Yosuke Matsuda, discussed during an interview that fans of the company should expect some big PS4 and Xbox One games this year, one of which will be an RPG announcement.
Yosukue went on to sat that they believe they have a big surprise in store this year for Xbox One and PS4 owners. Square Enix is currently prepping some big announcements for E3 this year and will have a “box full of surprises” for late 2015.
As of now, Square Enix seems to be doing very well with the recent release of Final Fantasy Type-0, Final Fantasy XIV, and the upcoming Final Fantasy XIV: Heavensward expansion. It’s really exciting to know Square has even more in store for us. Crossing my fingers for a possible Final Fantasy Tactics Release on consoles!
