I get it, I get it, pretty much every gamer in the world is extremely hype for Fallout 4. I’m not even player of the franchise, and I still can’t wait till the game releases. Luckily for all of you Xbox One users out there, the game is now available for pre-order over on the Xbox Store. Customers who decide to pre-order the game will receive a Fallout 3 download code with every purchase which will be playable on the Xbox One via the newly announced backwards compatibility feature. Current word going around is say’s that buyers should receive their…
While I’m still trying to figure out if I’m a squid or a kid, Nintendo on the other hand, clearly has the direction in mind that they are looking to bring Splatoon, and with that, continue to constantly push out new content. Splatoon launched roughly a full month ago with only five maps and two gamemodes, and for a game that’s primary focus is online play, that’s really not exactly a lot to work with. Luckily for us though, since launch, Nintendo has been hard at work bringing us free DLC, constantly pushing the lifespan of the game. Tomorrow, they’ve…
Pokemon Shuffle has been a huge hit, currently a 3DS exclusive title. The game is free to play, yet features micros-transaction options, something very common in F2P games this day in age. We know lately, Nintendo has touched on their interest in the mobile industry and how they will be looking to bring titles featuring many of their popular IP’s, over to mobile platforms – Pokemon Shuffle seems to be on of the first that will be getting the mobile treatment. Nintendo has recently announced this it will be arriving on Google Play and the Apple App Store later this…
Remember that 20th Anniversary PlayStation 1 -styled Ps4 Sony released last year? Yeah, pretty awesome right? Unfortunately majority of the entire population never got their hands on one, let alone have never been able to lay their eyes on one in person. That’s mainly because they were extremely limited, and now pretty rare, in fact good luck finding one on the internet for under 2k, they will only increase in price as the years go by. Interesting enough though, Sony has decided to bring the PS1-Style DualShock 4 to store shelves this September, for a price of $64.99. For those…
I love my big, clunky, heavy consoles. Yes, I’m talking about the Xbox One, and all big consoles alike. For some reason, I enjoy systems that take up a large amount of space, as well as handheld devices with nice big screens and a good, large layout. I know, weird right? Well luckily for me, Microsoft has just announced something that seems to be right up my alley! With Forza 6 recently being confirmed for a September 15th release this year in the U.S, the game is well on it’s way and we know it’s going to be the biggest…
500GB is quite a bit of storage, but for the hardcore media user, it runs out quite quickly. Luckily, for all of you Playstation 4 owners out there in the Europe and PAL regions, Sony has come up with the “ultimate” solution for your lack of storage problems. Over on the PlayStation Blog, Sony announced that next month, on the 15th, they will be releasing a 1TB model, PlayStation 4 system, which is currently being advertised as the “PlayStation 4 Ultimate Player Edition”. It’s no surprise that this is on the way considering very recently Microsoft began releasing their own 1TB…
Earlier this year 343 revealed that there would be several different edition bundles for Halo: 5 Guardians. They have yet to personally officially announce things themselves, however over on Amazon, they have officially revealed the Halo 5: Guardians Limited Collector’s Edition bundle, and all it contains. The bundle comes with a Spartan-themed Steebook, a Warzone REQ Bundle, Statues for both Master Chief and Spartan Locke, Spartan Locke’s Classified Orders and the Halo: The Fall of Reach – Animated Series, along with a Xbox Live Gold 14-day trial. Recently announced over on the European PlayStation blog, and later confirmed via Quantic Dream’s Twitter account; Beyond Two Souls and Heavy Rain will soon be making their way to the PlayStation 4. The games were originally confirmed for Europe and PAL regions only, however they have recently been confirmed via a developer that they will be headed to North America as well. Not much more information was revealed despite the fact that we will get more information in the future. These titles could very well be simple ports, or they could be remasters, which is much more likely. Either way,…
It seems like we’ve been getting a handheld Zelda game every year now, and that tradition is continuing this year. During the Nintendo Digital Event which took place today, Nintendo announced a new Zelda title for the 3DS, The Legend of Zelda: Triforce Heroes. The title takes on the same type of art-style and gameplay style that we’ve come to know and love from Phantom Hourglass, Spirit Tracks, and A Link Between Two Worlds. The game has heavy emphasis on co-op as you can team up with your friends who will play as other links, enabling a full 3-player adventure. The game…
Super Mario Maker has been shown off a ton this weekend! Starting with it’s name change to “Super Mario Maker”, to it’s appearance as the final challenge of the Nintendo World Championships, all the way till it being the final game shown off during Nintendo’s Digital Event earlier this morning. It would be an understatement to say that Nintendo is pushing this title hardcore, especially with it being Mario’s 30th Anniversary and all. Luckily for us, we actually don’t have to wait too much longer before we can all enjoy Super Mario Maker. The game will be launching globally on…
