The sequel to the 2013 title “Tomb Raider” seems to be coming along quite nicely! Rise of the Tomb Raider takes place shortly after the events of the previous game, as Laura Croft sets out to discover more about herself and her purpose as a whole. Ubisoft Montreal revealed a new game coming in 2016, For Honor.  For Honor is a close combat game where you play as one of three factions:  Vikings, Knights, and Samurais, and you fight against each other to the death. During the Ubisoft E3 press conference, Creative Director, Jason VandenBerghe talked about For Honor in much more detail.  He also gave a four-on-four multiplayer demonstration played on PS4.  It showcased the gameplay and how the fights will go among players. For Honor will be available for Xbox One, PS4, and PC.

I’m generally not a big racing game person, but when it comes to Forza, or Gran Turismo, you can almost 100% count me into the party. Forza 5 seemed to be quite an underwhelming game for most of the Forza community, and while this may be because of Microsoft trying to rush it out alongside the launch of Xbox One. While the reveal of Gears of War 4 was definitely the main highlight of Microsoft’s Press Conference, for me; we also received official confirmation on the rumored Gears of War remake, which has been leaked multiple times within the past month or so. The game has been officially announced as “Gears of War: Ultimate Edition” putting all of the “Gears of War: Remastered” and “Gears of War: The Marcus Fenix Collection” title rumors, to rest. The Shenmue series is without a doubt one of the most loved classic video game series ever. I would say alongside the Sonic Adventure series on the DreamCast, and Jet Set Radio.
