I’ve spent a lot of my weekend following up on the recent #HuntTheTruth campaign that Microsoft/343 have recently kicked off surrounding the story of the upcoming Halo 5: Guardians. Never did I imagine however, that we would be receiving a release date for the game this early in the year!
Late yesterday Evening, Microsoft released two live-action trailers for Halo 5, both of which are very interesting, you ought to watch them for yourself. At the end of the trailers, the release date was revealed for October 27th, 2015! Hooray! This date is much earlier compared to when we’ve received previous Halo titles (aside from Halo 3, which released in September), I was at the very least expecting an early November launch date. It would almost seem like they want the game to not get caught-in with the inevitable Call of Duty hype that will be taking place this November.
