It was inevitable obviously, but Nvidia has finally revealed latest card within the 1000 series, that’s right, the GTX 1080 Ti has finally been announced, and soon we’ll all be able to grab one and get rid of that stack of cash that’s been taking up so much space in our wallets.

The company announced the card during a briefing at the Game Developers Conference which is currently taking place in San Francisco, California. The card is packed with all of the power that the Titan X has, sporting 3,584 CUDA cores and 11GB of GDDR5X. The card will also see a 35 percent performance boost on the speed side of things.

Mother of god…

Aside from the amount of power this thing packs, the 1080 Ti has been re-designed quite a bit to be more power and cooling efficient. That sounds great for people like me who never turn their PC’s off.

Ultimately, the GTX 1080 Ti is the ultimate graphics card, fit for anything 4k gaming and virtual reality, and pretty much the end-game in terms of snagging the best visual gaming experience that you can snag out of the PC. The card is set to go on sale on March 10th with pre-orders going live on March 2nd at 8am Pacific Time, and will run buyers $699
