Have a parent/grandparent, aunt or uncle who would a video game console but would have no idea how to get the thing up and running? Well, you can finally stop worrying about having to be the customer-service representative and buy them that Switch as Nintendo has just announced a brand new service that will take the extra work off of your hands!
The service is called the “Nintendo Switch Concierge” and it will allow consumers to sign-up for a 30-minute time slot with a Nintendo representative who will then give them a helping hand in setting up their new Nintendo Switch console. The service is more aimed for the new gaming consumer who has either never dealt with Nintendo hardware before, or perhaps even consoles in general. You’ll learn a bit about the system, it’s security settings, among other things I’m sure if you ask. The service is free, though on a first-come, first served basis, so don’t expect to receive help at all hours of the day.
The service is available as of now, so feel free to head on over to their website if you, or someone you may know might be looking for an extra hand with their new system and book a session!
