For years, E3 has really been a game show more focused on the titles that would be arriving on consoles within the foreseeable future. And while many PC focused companies attend the show, there has never been a press conference directly focused on PC games, and experience only.
In addition to both Square Enix, and Bethesda hosting their very first E3 Press Conferences this year, it seems AMD is now joining the list, as they will be sponsoring a PC Press Conference which will be titled, the PC Gaming Show. The press conference will feature several developers and publishers, and will be hosted by Sean ‘Day[9]’ Plott, a very popular eSports caster, commonly known among the competitive StarCraft community. The show will be taking place on Tuesday, June 16th, and will be streaming over on Twitch.TV for all of us who won’t be able to attend the show in person. Expect new announcements, updates, and discussion surrounding PC versions of specific games, as well as PC exclusive games alike.
The list of developers currently confirmed to be attending the press conference as are as follows:
- BLIZZARD ENTERTAINMENT
- BOHEMIA INTERACTIVE
- CLIFF BLESZINSKI
- CLOUD IMPERIUM GAMES
- DEAN HALL
- DEVOLVER
- HUMBLE BUNDLE
- HEART MACHINE
- PARADOX INTERACTIVE
- SQUARE ENIX
- TRIPWIRE INTERACTIVE
More will be announced as we approach closer to E3. If you’re a PC gamer, you will not want to miss this press conference taking place on June 16th, from 5pm to 8pm PST over on Twitch.TV
