If you’ve been itching to get your hands on some Battlefield V a couple months early before it’s official launch this October, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to do so, the first of which involves a Alpha Test for the game which is set to kick off on June 28th.
The Alpha Test officially goes live tomorrow, and will be playable on PC via EA Origin only. In order to gain access to the Alpha Test for the game, users must be able to run a PC test to prove that their system can in fact run the title, in addition to this, you must be invited to the Closed Alpha. DICE has stated that “invitations with codes for the Closed Alpha will soon be sent to a small group of Battlefield players.”
While it is currently unclear if these invitations will be completely random, or perhaps more favored to those who are content creators, apart of media of some sort, or part of the Battlefield Community Insider program – you’ll definitely want to keep an eye out on your email regardless, just in case you manage to score an invite.
Battlefield V launches on PC, Xbox One, and PS4 on October 19th, 2018.
