Slimmer is always better right? Well Sony sure does think so, early this morning Sony held a special briefing in the UK to announce a “Slim” product, as many assumed, and were in fact correct, Sony revealed that the PlayStation Vita Slim, which launched in Japan in the fall, is indeed on it’s way to the UK next Friday on February 7th! The popular streaming service Twitch.TV has been one of the most anticipated features of the Xbox One thus far, more specifically the streaming from console feature, that has in which not arrived as of yet. According to a recent ad spotted in the latest issue of Game Informer Magazine, Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag’s upcoming single player story DLC entitled, Freedom Cry, will be released on December 17th. The DLC was revealed in October, and confirmed that players will be playing the role of a man name Adéwalé, a former slave, taking the place of the main story’s protagonist. The DLC was reported to be set 15 years after the events of the main campaign of Assassins Creed IV, and will total more than four hours of content. PlayStation 4 owner will finally be able to explore the world of Eorzea, this spring! After prior confirmation that the game was in fact on board for a PS4 release, Sony today confirmed at the PlayStation Awards in Tokyo Japan, that ARR was coming April of 2014. So weather you are a PC, PS3, or PS4 owner, FFXIV will soon be available on all system simultaneously. The next major patch, 2.1, in ARR is slated to arrive on December 17th. Did you purchase an Xbox One but were disappointed from the lack of puzzle games? Well you’re in luck, Peggle 2 has been reported, according to VentureBeat, to be coming to Xbox One on December 9th. Despite the title originally being apart of the consoles launch lineup, it was shortly delayed and given a TBA 2013 placeholder.
