Do you miss the day’s when Nintendo’s E3 Direct’s or even Press Conferences used to be at the very least an hour long? Yeah, me too. Unfortunately, short is probably best for the company nowadays as they just have so much going on during the E3 show. As most of you probably already know by now, Nintendo will be holding a special E3 2017 Spotlight Presentation on Tuesday, 6/13 at 9:00am PT; which is set to focus on upcoming Nintendo Switch titles. While many are expecting some big reveals from Nintendo, it’s very possible that we won’t see all that…
Calling all weebs, and everything in between, Atlus has our back once again and will be keeping us busy into the foreseeable future in terms of 3DS titles. That’s right, if you’re a fan of any of the RPG titles that Atlus produces, you’ll definitely be happy to know that they will be releasing several new titles on the platform which they have recently revealed and announced will be released in late 2017, going into early 2018. Etrian Odyssey V: Beyond the Myth, Radiant Historia: Perfect Chronology, and Shin Megami Tensei: Strange Journey are set to be arriving on the…
Shenmue 3 was originally announced back in E3 2015 and quickly became the fastest fully funded Kickstarter title, ever. Since then, the developers have been providing us updates on the game, artwork, and other pieces of information to tide us over to the what once was “late 2017” release. Unfortunately, with E3 only day’s away and many fans prior hoping to hear new information about Shenmue 3, it seems we’ll have to wait a little bit longer for both new information about the game, as well as the release date as a whole. From what came from a recent, short…
Second generation Pokemon is by far my favorite Pokemon Generation. Sure, it clashes with 4th generation every now and then, but most days – it’s my all-time favorite. Not too long ago, we officially saw the release of Pokemon Red, Blue, and Yellow on the 3DS eShop, which allowed everyone to travel across the Kanto region once again, along with adding a few new features such as wireless battling and trading with local 3DS’s. Now, a year later, we’ll be able to do pretty much the same thing all over again, except this time we’ll be journeying back to the…
Pokken Tournament is finally making a comeback, and probably in the greatest way possible; that’s right, the game is officially headed to the Nintendo Switch! Pokken Tournament DX is set to be a port of sorts/the Switch version of the 2016 Wii U release “Pokken Tournament.” While Pokken Tournament on console has always been a port of sorts considering the game originally released in Japanese arcades back in 2016, the Switch version is seemingly shaping up to be the definitive version of the title, enabling players to go head to head via their own personal Nintendo Switch screens. Based…
Pokemon fan’s around the world today rejoiced this morning, as Nintendo held a special direct Presentation solely focused on some upcoming Pokemon titles that would be headed to both the Nintendo Switch and the Nintendo 3DS later this year. As of lately, Nintendo seems to have adopted the annual release format for their Pokemon titles, despite Sun Moon releasing two years after Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire. If anything, after today the company may have made it more clear than ever that annual releasing for main-line Pokemon titles are definitely the goal. Coming this November, Pokemon fans will travel once…
One of the main things that have been absent from the Nintendo Switch since it’s launch are it’s various online functions, which have been very vaguely detailed in the past. Before the launch of the Switch, Nintendo announced that the console would work hand-in-hand with a dedicated Smartphone app, specifically for online voice chat/multiplayer lobbies. With that said; with only a few weeks away from their E3 Spotlight Presentation, Nintendo has once again released updated details regarding the Switch’s online functions, as well as revealing some new upcoming features as well. For starters; Nintendo has once again reminded us that…
That time of year is just about hear folks, and I along with many other gamer’s can barely contain the excitement! That’s right, we’re talking about E3 2017! With roughly 14 days remaining until the first Press Conference kicks off from the event; I’d like to take this time now to talk a little bit about what we’ll be doing for E3 2017 this year, and the type of content you can expect to receive from us on our website, social media, and YouTube Channel. When E3 rolls around, things tend to get much more busy here, just as they…
Monster Hunter fans, go wild! For those of you who have been dreaming and awaiting of a Monster Hunter title on the Nintendo Switch, Capcom has finally revealed the first Monster Hunter game which will be arriving on the platform; which will in fact be a Switch version of Monster Hunter XX. The name will be tweaked just a little bit for the Nintendo Switch version of the game, as it will be simply entitled “Monster Hunter XX Nintendo Switch Ver.” The announcement was made via the official Monster Hunter XX Twitter account, where it was also revealed that more…
As revealed not too long ago, Nintendo officially announced their plans for this years E3; and as expected, the company will be staying away from hosting a traditional Press Conference. Instead, Nintendo will be going all out this year; and will be hosting a Treehouse Live Event, both an ARMS and Splatoon 2 invitational event, and most importantly – their E3 2017 Spotlight event. The Nintendo E3 2017 Spotlight event is set to provide brand new information on Super Mario Odyssey (which honestly seems to be the company’s main focus) as well as other upcoming Nintendo Switch titles. After making…
