July is over and we have another round of free games for PSN plus members. Last month had a lot of sweet games; especially the surprise hit Rocket League which has been a huge hit since it went free. These games won’t be available until the 3rd when the store updates though but it could be worse… like waiting until the end of the year for Fallout 4. On the PS4 there is Limbo, a well-known game of light and shadow that is probably the best thing on the list this month. There is also Lara Croft and the Temple…
From now until July 27, 2015, add the Mythical Pokémon Diancie to your game via a Nintendo Network distribution event! For a limited time, you can get the Mythical Pokémon Diancie for your Pokémon Omega Ruby or Pokémon Alpha Sapphire game! Diancie will be available via a Nintendo Network distribution July 24–27, 2015. This Diancie is as talented as it is elegant, appearing with a collection of moves that make it ready for battle. And be sure to look for the Diancite Mega Stone, the item that will allow Diancie to Mega Evolve, in your Pokémon Omega Ruby or Pokémon…
Big news for anyone who plans on getting the new Dark Souls 3, if you order before the end of the month you can get a rare two sided poster that was originally only given out at the San Diego Comic Con. So if your a big fan and couldn’t get out to comic con this is your chance to get a sweet poster. This offer only appears to be good online though. Frame it, hang it on the wall and try and explain it to the norms who come to your place. The exact message from the GameStop online site…
So it was announced today that a Fallout Anthology will be released for PC in a mini nuke package. This will contain all 5 previous games, including Fallout, Fallout 2, Fallout Tactics, Fallout 3 GotY and Fallout New Vegas UE. That’s a big package at only 50 and the mini nuke even has space for the long awaited Fallout 4, apparently the bomb casing makes noise as well which is something. So you have until September 29 to get your computer ready for the Fallout marathon and for those on android don’t forget Fallout Shelter in August. Hopefully this will…
Because Never Alone will be getting extra content soon I thought I would honor it by making a short educational video for everyone to enjoy and learn.
No more hanging around ebay to find good deals on retro games… 80 dollars for Conkers Bad Furday… 90 DOLLARS FOR SUIKODEN 2?! Yea I’ll stick to Ebay I think. There are some interesting things though so go check it out.
So the first DLC, that’s right DLC not update, will be coming out on 9/15 and 9/16 for Xbox One and PS4 respectively. Or 8/31 if you are on PC so let me applaud you for getting it a couple of weeks earlier ‘clap”clap”clap’. So it comes with some new gameplay, new pets and other in-game items, expanded ranks, new multiplayer dungeons and a new way to spend your actual money on gear. A page right out of EA’s how to hype up the fact that we’re charging you for useless crap. By the time we finally get the Dark Brotherhood…
What seems like a long time ago I did a review for an indie game with possibly one of the most unique stories I have ever seen in a game called Never Alone. The story of a little Native Alaskan girl and her pet fox who overcame the winter. Well on July 28th that game is getting a DLC, no word on the price yet so if you got the base game when it was free you may get double lucky. Later this year the game will also be coming to PS3 and Vita as well so it gets even…
The July lineup of free games for PlayStation gold members is actually really good this month. They are all rather small and simple in retrospect but have a lot to offer. On the PS4 there is Rocket League, the game of soccer reimagined with rocket powered cars that can drive on the walls and even the ceiling for a bit. A sport game that isn’t just about sports but sports with rockets, so it sounds good so far. It is not that hard to get into the hang of either, something I have found difficult in more current sport games.…
